Harris County D.A. Malicious Prosecution

How many inconsistencies does it take before a prosecutor and judge realize that their "star state" witness has committed aggravated perjury? Well, I do not know the answer to that, since I examined the testimony of the trial, along with the protective order and police report and have 13 pages of inconsistent testimony that was used against my brother to prosecute him. Rifian Newaz and Lyn McClellan waived around a gun in the court room that two women "alleged" was used in the commission of the crime. They also mentioned a shot gun, that was released to the woman, who claimed to be his common-law wife (when she wasn't, she was married to someone else, and so was my brother), by Precinct 4 (without an authorized signature from a judge) PRIOR to the trial, in fact 14 days after the "alleged" crime.
Bert Graham, Rifian Newaz and Lyn McClellan was sent an email asking several questions about the inconsistencies on the testimony, protective order and police report. They were asked about the shot gun, and to narrow it down further, my brother's missing baby. Of course, I get back a response of McClellan was in the trial, and the Court of Appeals affirmed the decision. A "pass the buck" response. Then McClellan states that he is "preparing a response". Okay, the email was sent on 2/22/08, he finally responded on 2/26/08 after I asked if they were going to acknowledge they received the email or if they deleted it, and still, we are waiting on that "prepared response". I am waiting to see how they skate around the questions asked, and WHY there has been MANY attempts to report the missing baby to Precinct 4, who would not take a report (and they were emailed officers names of who was told at Precint 4) and the fact that they KNOW about the missing baby, and have yet to investigate and prosecute the woman who disposed of the baby, along with her daugter, who set up my brother for aggravated assault and then why the Newaz and McClellan maliciously prosecuted him. Of course, we know why Rosenthal never did anything, he was too busy romancing his mistress, but what excuse does Newaz and McClellan have?
